Fitness Finders, Inc. Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing our products! If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
- Fitness Finders, Inc. will accept returned products for a full refund up to 90 calendar days from the date you received your order. (Refunds will not include your shipping charge.)
- Returns received after 90 days up to 120 days will be subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.
- Returns are not accepted after 120 days.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it; and have a copy of the invoice or packing slip included in the return shipment.
- All clearance items are a final sale and are non-refundable.
- Made-to-order products/custom products such as bulk order products that we manufacture, QR cards, custom sticker frame stickers, etc. are not eligible for return.

Online Subscription Policy
Zooper Safari® Return Policy
- The Zooper Safari® program is non-returnable and non-refundable.
EZ Tally® and EZ Scan® Subscription Fees
- EZ Tally® and EZ Scan® subscription fees are refunded on an individual basis. To discuss any concerns regarding your account, please call Fitness Finders® at 800-789-9255.
- EZ Tally® and EZ Scan® subscriptions are not automatically renewed. Each subscription must be renewed with a PO or a credit card.
- Fitness Finders® may increase subscription fees for an EZ Tally® or EZ Scan® account at any time. The new price will apply when the account is renewed.
Customized Products
Fitness Finders, Inc. will only refund for the part of the order that is not customized. For example, if you order our large sticker medals with a custom sticker, we will only refund for the plastic token portion of the item.
- Made-to-order products/custom products such as bulk ordered products that we manufacture, QR cards, custom sticker frame stickers, etc. are not eligible for return.
Lost or Damaged Shipment
- Fitness Finders, Inc. is not responsible for shipping costs and they are non-refundable.
- In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible to file the claim with the shipping company. Fitness Finders Inc is not responsible for lost packages during transit or shipments sent to a forwarding address.
- Fitness Finders Inc. is also not responsible for weather-related damage or delays. Once a package leaves our facility, it is completely out of our control.
