Order Status
Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Visit the Login Page: Click “My Account” on the new Fitness Finders website.

Enter Your Email: Enter the email address associated with your Fitness Finder Account or login using a Shop account.

Check Your Inbox: We’ll immediately send a secure, one-time login code to your entered email address.

Enter the Code: Copy the code from your email and paste it into the login field on our website and hit “Submit”.

You’re In! Enjoy easy access to your account and all of your new features. Your code will keep you logged in for 30 days or until the next time you log out.

How do I create an account?
1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

We are an American company and more than 99% of our products are made in the USA. This allows for greater quality assurance and oversight of the production process, which in turn ensures that our customers receive a superior product.
Eco-Friendly Processes
Because we manufacture most of our own products, we strive to make environmentally conscious decisions in our processes. We are committed to the following practices:
- Producing 100% of our plastic tokens in our Michigan facility, which minimizes our carbon footprint by avoiding freight costs from distant and overseas vendors.
- Minimizing waste and recycling 99% of our processes’ byproducts.
- Ensuring that there are no heavy metals or dangerous additives in our parts by meeting and/or exceeding government standards (CPSIA) in these areas.
- Continuing to research and develop earth-friendly products. For certain products we know use an eco-friendly bioplastic that has a smaller carbon footprint than traditional plastic.
Sole Source Vendor
We are proud to be a sole source provider for almost all of our products. Our printed products are all copyrighted and the molds for our tokens were commissioned exclusively for our use and no one else has access to them. Our company logo and program logos are copyrighted, which means that any products featuring logos cannot be legally reproduced by any other person or company. What does this mean for our customers? Because more than 99% of our products cannot be obtained through any other vendor, there is no need to do any price-shopping or spend any extra time submitting bids. In addition, because we are both the manufacturer and retailer of more than 99% of our products, there are no middlemen that you have to deal with; we handle all product issues with speed and precision.
Product Safety Information
Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act
In 2008, the CPSIA set forth a new series of standards which must be followed by all manufacturers of children's products and small parts. Most of the products in our catalog fall into this category, which means that these standards apply to us. We work hard to ensure that all of our products and processes pass the rigorous testing procedures and are 100% compliant. You can buy from us with confidence!
Ban on Harmful Materials
To protect consumers (particularly small children), the CPSIA added more stringent bans on the percentages of harmful phthalates (less than 0.1%) that can be present in plastic products intended for use by children, as well as more stringent bans on the lead content that can be present in products (less than 0.0001%) or paint coatings (less than 0.00009%) on children's products.
The Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) bans substances deemed “hazardous” from being used in children's products. We are proud to report that Fitness Finders does not use any hazardous substances in the manufacture of our products, and that we comply with all phthalate and lead content regulations.
Labeling Requirements
The CPSIA further requires manufacturers of children's products to place tracking labels on product packaging that will enable both producer and consumer to ascertain production details (such as location and date of manufacture, batch number, etc) to improve the effectiveness and response rate of any future recalls due to safety concerns.
Most of the plastic products that we manufacture are classifed as small parts intended for use by children. The ban on small parts means that such items are not intended for use by children younger than three years old. Fitness Finders provides appropriate cautionary labels in the packaging of all such products. In addition, the CPSIA also requires that the same cautionary labels be displayed wherever advertisements for the relevant products are displayed.
Allergies
None of our products contain latex. Our nickel-coated chains do contain nickel and should be avoided by individuals with nickel allergies. All of our other chains are epoxy-coated and would be safe, suitable solutions for those with nickel allergies. We also have silver aluminum chains, available by special request, which will not cause allergic reactions. Call for additional details.

We want to ensure that you are always 100% satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee that if our product does not meet your expectations, for any reason, you can return any items in their original packaging for a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Pricing and Billing
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Currently, we are required to collect sales tax for almost 30 states, but because tax laws are changing rapidly we would like to receive your certificate no matter which state you live in. If you are tax exempt in one of these states, we must have your current tax forms on file. Please call Tel: 1-800-789-9255 with any questions. As per law, tax exempt applies only to orders paid for and with school or tax exempt organization funds (credit card billed to the organization address) and shipped to a said organization's address.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

How to Use Quick Order
Quickly type product codes into the "Quick Order" field to add the products to your cart.
For example, if you are ordering 2000 standard Toe Tokens®:
In the first field, type "117-200"
In the second field, Qty, type "2"
Click the red "Add" button.
This will add the item to your cart.
Continue adding the rest of your items.
Once all items have been added to the cart:
Click the cart icon above the "Quick Order" section.
Proceed to checkout.
How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?

How do I find my product?
To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the left of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
