Steps To Get Started and Receive Your Materials (please allow 2 weeks for shipping)

  1. 1. Receive Your Initial EZ Scan Activation Email and QR Card Support Ticket Email.

  1. 2. Setup Your EZ Scan Account and Mileage Club Program. Follow the steps on the EZ Scan activation email attachments.

  1. 3. Reply to Fitness Finders in your QR Card Support email by returning the QR Card Design Form.

  1. 4. Fitness Finders will send you proofs for approval of your QR card design and the student names you’ve entered into your EZ Scan account.

  1. 5. Once you approve, Fitness Finders will print the student QR cards and send your materials to you.




Suggested Setup for Full Year:

Fall (September-November)- Capstone: Turkey Trot

Spring (March-May)- Capstone: Fund Run

Fitness Finders suggests having each of these sessions run about 6 weeks in length in the given months. Plan to run 2-3 times per week for 20 minutes. We suggest awarding students every 3 miles ran and splitting up the awards between fall and spring so the students aren't earning the same awards in the spring that they did in the fall.

*We suggest using the winter months as maintenance months to prepare for the spring. However, there are still laps to be run and challenges to be met and EZ Scan will allow you to setup a course with virtually any distance per lap.
